This was supposed to be a whole system pump out but the customer had changed his mind when he noticed there was nothing wrong with the distribution box and drain lines but instead it was a sewer line problem. The problem with this job was that the customer has an excessive amount of non flushable toilet paper as well as non flushable wipes blocking the exit of the drain line. There are about five people living in this home so wipes and toilet paper would be flushed down constantly. The filter on the outlet was clean with very little to almost nothing stuck to the filter. We got everything pumped out and cleaned out. Customer flushed the toilet three times and it came out with no problem those three times. Their problem is now fixed and everything is working properly.
