Completed a whole septic system inspection. The septic tank was previously pumped out and currently contains primarily water, with no excessive buildup observed. The tank does not need to be pumped out at this time. The drain lines and distribution box were inspected and appear to be in good condition and functioning properly. The septic tank is also operating as expected. Everything looks good at this time, and no repairs are needed.
We were called out to this customers home in Magnolia due to signs of sewer back up. We went out and found that the septic system was full and needed to be pumped out. We pumped out the septic system and cleaned it up. The customer is no longer seeing signs of sewer back up.
I was called out to this customers home in Magnolia due to the septic pump not working properly. I found that the switch in the inside the alarm box that the pump is wired to is burned up and needs to be replaced. I replaced the burned up switch and wires and everything is working as it should.

We received a call to a church in Magnolia to check out a bathroom issue. We sent out a plumber to check it out and he found that the septic tank was full. I went out and pumped out the septic tank and cleaned the sewer line out. The church is not longer having issues with the bathrooms.
