The distribution box has failed to drain the water, and 0/4 drain lines are working. Customer also mentioned that he already had the drain lines repaired about 1 1/2 years ago, but they only worked for 3 weeks and started backing up again. We checked the distribution box and there is only one line being used instead of 4, like the customer had stated. No water is pouring back into the distribution box, but the water still isn’t draining. There aren’t any puddles that may show that a chamber has been broken.

The water went to proper level after the filter was removed. The pump out was successful and got it all out from both sides of the tank. Customer says he will call us again for the next pump out.
