We were called out to this customers home in Ayden due to signs of sewer back up. We went out and found that the septic system was full and needed to be pumped out. We pumped out the septic system and cleaned it up. The customer is no longer seeing signs of sewer back up.
I was called out tot his D.R Horton home due the distribution box being clasped. I went out and replaced the old one with a new one and texted everything out. Everything is working as its supposed to.
The second time around the gentleman that came out provided great service and saw his job all the through. I appreciate the time and effort he took the fix my septic problem.
I was called out to this customers home in Ayden due to the pump not working as it should. I went out and found that it was because the 2 inch pipe, leaving the pump tank going to the offsite was broken right there by the pump tank. I fix that pipe and ran the pump. Everything is working as it should.
We were called out to a home in Ayden to address signs of sewer back up. Upon arrival, we found that the septic system was full and needed to be pumped out. We pumped out the septic system and cleaned up the area. The customer is no longer experiencing sewer back up.
I was called out to a property in Ayden to fix a pump alarm. When I arrived, I found the alarm float and the start float were no longer attached to the pipe and were floating in the water inside the tank. The pump was hanging instead of sitting on the blocks due to no one putting anything underneath the 2-inch pipe outside the pump tank. When they covered it up, it bowed the pipe inside the tank, causing the pump to hang in the air and not sit on the blocks. I had to redo all the floats, attach them to the pipe correctly, fix the height of the pipe coming off the pump, and add new fittings to the pump. I also had to cut off the old fittings and reuse them.
