Edelmar Morales and coworker came to pump out my septic tank. It was very easy to book online. They were on time, very professional, super nice and was the best price out of 3-4 others that I contacted. If you are in the Wilson area I highly recommend C & M plumbing and septic!! Thank you guys!
UPDATE: After the initial incident I went in to talk to management about the ordeal and to see if they would provide a more realistic estimate. They sent out a new plumber who was very polite and knowledgeable about what needed to be done and provided a new estimate for only the drain and then returned Monday to complete the job and did a great job. They made sure to call and keep us updated on his estimated arrival. ThanksOriginal review (modified): I'm very disheartened with this company. We called to have them come out and fix our kitchen sink drain pipe as it came disconnected under the house. It appears that it was never glued. Since it was already disconnected, I asked if it could be moved to the left 6 inches so it didn’t interfere with our new sink cabinet. The plumber that came out provided a quote for the job in addition to a few other quotes of other things he thought needed to be done (nearly $20K). However, he would not fix the sink drain and instead quoted it would cost $2,700 to move the pipe 6 inches and reconnect! So I asked instead of moving it can he just hook it back up and make sure it is glued. He said no, there was too much work to be done. I proceeded to ask what work and he said there is other work that needed to be done. I asked for an explanation, and he said that there is a Y in the drain that needs fixing. We went back and forth on explanations of why the drain can’t just be reconnected like it was. He stood there with a smile on his face, looking me in the eye and said, "it doesn’t work that way it just can’t there is too much work that needs to be done." I call bullshit! He bold face lied to me...with a smile. That does not sit well with me. That pipe clearly would have gone right back into the drain pipe and there is clearly nothing wrong with that Y connection. In addition, he even went as far as putting on his suit and claimed he went under the house. I watched him, he put it on and walked around the house and never went under there to look at anything. The cobwebs at the opening are still in tact with all the dust. How did a $300 job turn into $2,700?!?!
Colton and Brandi are treasures! Colton came as soon as the water heater came to the shop, worked diligently to get it installed as I had not had hot water for four days and worked overtime! First experience with C&M. But not the last! Great job and fair pricing!
Great service! These guys went above and beyond. They were here exactly on time, and didn't hesitate to start right away. They are professionals and I will be using C and M for all my plumbing needs.
I definitely recommend 10/10 went above and beyond, even Colton explaining to me regarding how to prevent septic line from getting clogged. He was very professional and knowing what to do and handle the issue. Very polite and respectful young man, making sure the issue was solved before leaving out. I had multiple jobs with my septic tank that included repairs and pumping. C&M were quick to respond and had people out the same day. They where right on time, in the beginning of the window timeframe. They got to work and were done in lass the an hour. They cleaned up everything so well you could not tell they were there. I will definitely call them again for anyother plumbing or septic needs.
Totally loved the work of Mr Morales he was very informative and got the job done quick and was polite as was the other worker with him he found that the pipes from our septic tank are block from roots but he was able to empty our septic tank. Next step is for us to get the permits for us to have yall repair our pipes . You will be the only company we use for our plumbing needs .
Excellent service! The guys that came out were polite and knowledgeable. The company has an excellent system that simplifies booking, letting you know who is coming and when they are on their way, and payment. We will absolutely be using them for all our septic and plumbing needs from now on!
After calling for another Plumber to come out, and they said OK bur never showed up, I called C&M. I also asked a friend if he knew of a plumber, after calling C&M I was glad that my friend said C&M. I was so grateful the next day Colton came out. What a wonderful young man, very pleasant, respectable, and honest I got the feeling that he not only knew his job, and alsoa man of God. He fixed the problem 123 and even gave me a tip, which I have acted on to prevent this from happening again so I thank you.
George was great. He explained to me what he was doing and he told me when he was done. I have been using CNN Plumbing for several years and this time I had four shut off valves replaced underneath my sink. The total cost was $548 for the four valves to get replaced and one hour of labor Which was included. I just feel like seeing them. Plumbing has really going up with their prices within the last few years. I have had my hot water tank replaced, a waterline from the road and other small projects.

It seems like C And M Cost have gone up quite a bit in the last few years since I have been using them I use C And M quite a bit. I had a waterline put in by them, a water tank and other types of work.
The man couldn't install this toilet. He said it would cost more and may not fit. We got it because the lady at Lowes suggested it and it has "easy to install" written on it. Don't know what to say.
