After calling for another Plumber to come out, and they said OK bur never showed up, I called C&M. I also asked a friend if he knew of a plumber, after calling C&M I was glad that my friend said C&M. I was so grateful the next day Colton came out. What a wonderful young man, very pleasant, respectable, and honest I got the feeling that he not only knew his job, and alsoa man of God. He fixed the problem 123 and even gave me a tip, which I have acted on to prevent this from happening again so I thank you.
George was great. He explained to me what he was doing and he told me when he was done. I have been using CNN Plumbing for several years and this time I had four shut off valves replaced underneath my sink. The total cost was $548 for the four valves to get replaced and one hour of labor Which was included. I just feel like seeing them. Plumbing has really going up with their prices within the last few years. I have had my hot water tank replaced, a waterline from the road and other small projects.

The man couldn't install this toilet. He said it would cost more and may not fit. We got it because the lady at Lowes suggested it and it has "easy to install" written on it. Don't know what to say.

We were experiencing some gurgling in our toilets. We realized it had been many years since we had not had the septic tank cleaned. Called C&M. Two workers came out within the hour and drained and cleaned the tank, cleaned the filter, cleaned the distribution box and lines for a fair price. Workers cleaned up before leaving.
I called today around 4:15 and received a message saying the office was closed. Less than 20 minutes later I received not one but TWO callbacks from higher ups in the company, and 5 minutes after the second call someone was on the way to help with my water heater. The technician name was Wyatt, and these guys should do all they can to never lose him as an asset! He called, was here much sooner than he estimated, immediately identified and went to work on resolving the issue, took his shoes off before entering the house, was professional and polite while also being personable, and was nice to my extremely curious and talkative 3 year old son. Top notch service all around to have it solved in less than 2 hours from first call to Wyatt leaving 🙌
Was a great experience working with this team of highly qualified individuals. They came in gave us a fair estimate on what needed to be done and took all The necessary steps to make sure we were able to be the work done asap. When they came to do the work they very polite and professional. Got the work done in a timely manner. Would recommend them to anyone. They have our business in the future for sure.
I spoke with Brandi in office she was very nice. She put me on schedule for septic tank installation. Guy came out flagged area off. They kept me updated when they'd arrive for the installation. The workers come out and worked hard and got the job done quick. I would definitely recommend them. Great job to all that helped at C&M Septic
